|Recommended: YesA quiet and livable environment — This residence is located near a university and surrounded by a quiet residential neighborhood, making it a very peaceful and comfortable place to live. The building was completed less than a year ago, and I am the first occupant of my unit. Although it has been less than a month since I moved in, there have been no issues with infrastructure or any noise problems so far.
I occasionally see other residents in the hallway or elevator, and they generally greet me with a smile, which leaves a positive impression. The leasing office staff are also very friendly. The shared facilities are compactly designed, and the people using them are not noisy.
If I were to point out a negative aspect, it would be that small issues—ones I did not notice during the move-in inspection—occasionally become apparent during daily living. However, they are minor and do not interfere with daily life such as a door that is slightly difficult to close, a loose screw in a window frame, or insufficient caulking, and so on... .
